We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for apparel and footwear?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that footwear must be returned in its original box to be eligible for a refund.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' link. Because we carry various outdoor brands, we recommend checking these measurements as sizing can vary between technical gear and lifestyle apparel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ramsey Outdoor only ships to addresses within the United States and APO/FPO locations. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
